William A. McKinley, Inc. is a second generation, family owned and operated trailer dealership in Texas. We do business as (d.b.a.) Sundowner Trailers of Texas and Triple M Trailers of Texas.
Since 1981 we have sold and serviced horse trailers, stock trailers, living quarter trailers, utility trailers, equipment trailers, custom trailers, used trailers, and truck beds. We have diversified over the past several years to also include the sales of toy hauler trailers, motorsports trailers, cargo trailers, dump trailers, and sport utility trailers.
Our founder, Bill McKinley, chose years ago to offer the best trailers in the market as measured by strength, safety, ease of operation, cosmetics, manufacturer support, and price. In addition to Sundowner, Lakota, Signature Quarters, CM, and Big Tex, we have been a dealer for other brands that include names such as Wells Cargo, Featherlite, Exiss, Sooner, 4 Star, Logan Coach, Hart, Outlaw Conversions, Continental Cargo, J&I Mfg., S&H Trailers, SportChassis, and more.
Our 10 acre trailer dealership is located on Interstate 20 in the Wills Point/ Myrtle Springs/ Canton, Texas area. We are about an hour east of Dallas/Fort Worth and a two hour drive west of Shreveport, LA. Our location in conveniently located at the Highway 64 exit for the Canton, Texas World Famous First Monday Trade Days.
We have a passion for what we do. We truly enjoy offering solutions to our customers as needs arise. We don’t pursue ‘the sale’, we pursue ‘the relationship’. That’s the way it was done over 35 years ago, and that’s the way it is going to continue to be.

Sundowner Trailers of Texas has had a seat on the NADA RV Book Advisory Board for over a decade.
We have been an active member of the NATDA (North American Trailer Dealer Association) since its inception.
Our Technicians are Dometic, Norcold, and Lippert Certified and trained.
Our Team is trained in DISC Personality Profile courses.
The ENTIRE TEAM tours the manufacturer plants and undergoes training and education offered by the various manufacturers we represent.
